Return and Exchange Policy

 

Returns

- You can request a return within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive your products.

- For a return, you can contact us at tmz8026@hotmail.com. Subsequently, a Return Shipping Code specific to your Order Number will be sent to you.

- For defective products (scratched, broken), the shipping fee is covered by our company.

- Returned products must be unused, undamaged in their originality, and in a condition suitable for resale. You may try the product on a mannequin without using pins.

- For discretionary returns (e.g., disliking the product, not suiting one's style), shipping fees are borne by the buyer. For shipments made with different cargo companies, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.


  • After the returned product reaches us, the refund process will be initiated within a maximum of 7 business days.


  • If there is no defect in the returned product caused by our company, a shipping fee of 110.00 TL will be deducted from your refund amount.
